The Double Windsor, Windsor Terrace

Next up in our series of Good Beer Seal bar posts: The Double Windsor in Windsor Terrace. The Double Windsor has quietly built a well regarded reputation in the craft beer community. Lucky Dog, Williamsburg

Continuing our series of Good Beer Seal posts is Lucky Dog in Williamsburg. With all the great craft beer bars in Williamsburg, Lucky Dog wouldn’t be our first choice for a night out. The bar can get packed quickly and we had a hard time getting a beer even when we made it to the bar. Against the Grain, East Village

Next up in our series of Good Beer Seal posts: Against the Grain in the East Village. Against the Grain is tiny. The bar could maybe fit a total of 25-30 people and fills up quickly on weekends. Early evenings are the best time to visit, when the bar is virtually empty and your $3 happy hour draft can be accompanied by $1 oysters. The first time we went the place was full so the staff sat us at its sister restaurant, Cornerstone Tavern, where the food is similar but the beer is not. Mission Dolores, Park Slope

Rattle N Hum, Midtown East

Continuing our series of Good Beer Seal bar posts: Rattle N Hum in Midtown. Rattle N Hum is in midtown Manhattan and is often uncomfortably crowded and excessively loud.
